INTERNATIONAL PREHABILITATION AND PERIOPERATIVE EXERCISE TESTING SOCIETY

iPOETTS was formed as a merger of the Perioperative Exercise Testing and Training Society (POETTS) and International Prehabilitation Society (IPS) to promote the professional practice of prehabilitatation and exercise testing.

We aim:

  • To promote and deliver training and education in prehabilitation and exercise testing including advising on education and training curricula for medical and healthcare practitioners.
  • To promote the development of the workforce required to implement prehabilitation in various health care systems.
  • To promote the development, conduct and dissemination of audit, quality improvement, research and innovation to further the development of prehabilitation.
