Retrospective Accreditation has now closed. If you would like to be POETTS accredited, please apply via the Prospective route.
Introduction
POETTS have previously been able to provide retrospective accreditation for practitioners who have been established in CPET practice for some time.
POETTS will be offering this service until 01 April 2025, anything submitted before this date will be considered for retrospective accreditation. Anything received after this date will not be accepted or actioned. After the 01 April 2025 you will be required to apply via the Prospective route.
How to apply
For retrospective practitioners you must include in your application:
- A list of any formal courses completed - please include dates/year, copy of certificate and agenda (if available) via the logbook
- Approximate number of tests reported personally annually.
- Number of years active in CPET
- Any additional information such as supervision or teaching etc you may undertake
- Complete and have (wet ink or electronic signature) sign off of paperwork with evidence of the above

Once you have all this information, please email the above paperwork to accreditation@poetts.co.uk for revalidation and to receive your certificate.
Your application will not be processed until you have provided all the documentation listed above.
Current turnaround time for revalidation accreditation is 30 days.
